SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (Within Oman)

  • Muscat Governorate, Al Sharqiyah Governorate & Al Batinah Governorate & Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate: 2-3 business days
  • Other governorates ( Al Dhahirah, Al Wusta, Musandam, Dhofar): 3-5 business days

GCC Shipping (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar)

  • Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Please note that any customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@joyousbabyom.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
